Public Works Administration is responsible for the overall direction of the Public Works Department. Management of all department personnel issues, development of policies and procedures and negotiation and oversight of bargaining unit contracts are handled by the Public Works Administration office. This office also oversees administration and implementation of all major maintenance and construction contracts.
