The Village evaluates and prioritizes projects based on safety, infrastructure condition, and cost-efficiency. These priorities are reflected in the Village’s Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan, which outlines more than $120 million in planned investments through Fiscal Year 2030 across streets, water and sewer systems, parks, and natural areas.
