• Construction Cost X 0.75% or $0.30 per square foot of area; minimum $50.00
• Electrical fee if applicable

• Work must be started and completed within six (6) months of the issue date.
• Individual subdivision covenants may have special requirements and restrictions. It is up to homeowner to receive Home Owner’s Association approval.
• Computer generated framing plans provided by retail outlets which do not provide all required information will not be accepted.
• All garages are required to have a hard surface driveway of concrete, asphalt or pavers.
