PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annexation of the Territory described in this notice, is contemplated under section 7-1-13 of the Illinois Municipal Code, 65 ILCS 5/7-1-13. The corporate authorities of the Village of Algonquin will consider and take action to adopt an Ordinance to annex the Territory, described in the notice, on Tuesday March 9, 2024 at 7:30.
