This corridor improvement project focuses on roadway resurfacing, pedestrian and ADA upgrades, drainage improvements, and traffic signal enhancements to improve safety, accessibility, and long-term performance.
Why this Project is Needed
The roadway, multi-use paths, and pedestrian infrastructure along County Line Road have aged and require rehabilitation to maintain safe and reliable travel for motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists. This project will address pavement condition, accessibility compliance, drainage performance, and pedestrian safety at key crossings.

- Updates to sidewalks, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and curbs throughout the corridor
- Pedestrian signal crossing upgrades at County Line Road and the Walmart entrance
- Drainage and Environmental Enhancements
- Drainage improvements to improve stormwater management and roadway performance
- Environmental enhancements within the project limits
Anticipated Timeline
- Spring 2027: Construction anticipated to begin
- Fall 2027: Substantial completion expected
This schedule is subject to change based on weather, traffic coordination, and field conditions.
Impact During Construction
Construction will take place along the full length of County Line Road from Boyer Road to Hanson Road, excluding the Randall Road intersection. Temporary lane closures and lane reductions will be required to complete work safely and efficiently. Motorists should anticipate delays and are encouraged to use alternate routes when possible. Advance notice will be provided as traffic control plans are implemented.
