The Village of Algonquin, IL

The playground at Tunbridge Park is scheduled for replacement as part of the Village’s continued investment in community parks. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2025 and conclude in Fall 2025, weather permitting.

This project will include:

• Replacement of the existing playground and swings with modern playground equipment, including a built-in shade structure, swings, and enhanced features

• Replacement of the covered pavilion and sidewalk access to the park

• Addition of a drinking fountain with bottle filler and doggy bowl

Access During Construction:
Tunbridge Park will be closed during the construction period.
