The Village of Algonquin 2009 Summer Events & Recreation Guide is now available online!

Village offices will be closed on Friday, April 10, 2009.

Early pool passes are available starting April 1!  Save now by registering for a season pass for the 2009 Pool Season.

Rain Barrels are available for purchase through The Land Conservancy of McHenry County and the Kane-DuPage Soil & Water Conservation District. 

Leaf and brush pick up starts April 1, 2009 and will continue through Dec 15, 2009.  Waste Management will provide FREE pickup of leaves and branches between April 13 and May 8.

In April, the Village, along with Waste Management, will sponsor a Village-wide cleanup program for single-family residences and townhomes that currently receive residential refuse and recycling services. 

The annual cleanup of the Algonquin Cemetery will take place April 6 through April 10.
