| Water System Status: Yellow |
 |
On June 30, the Village of Algonquin changed the water system status to Yellow, which indicates even/odd days for watering before 9:00 am and after 6:00 pm.

| E-Waste Recycling Event |

Dispose of your old, unwanted electronics at the Village of Algonquin's E-Waste Recycling Event on Saturday, August 14, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. The event will be held at the Public Works Facility, 110 Meyer Drive, and is only open to Village of Algonquin residents.

| Village Offices Closed - July 5 |

Village offices will be closed on Monday, July 5 in observance of Independence Day. Waste Management service will be delayed by one day for the entire week, with Monday collection occurring on Tuesday, and so on.

| Public Art Program Artwork Submital |

Calling all Artists: The Village of Algonquin is organizing a display plan for the sixth year of its award-winning public art program. Artworks will be sited in indoor and outdoor locations throughout the community for up to one year. The program is soliciting the temporary loan of paintings, drawings, murals, fiber works, mosaics, and especially outdoor sculptures.
