Join Santa and his elves at Winter Wonderland in the gymnasium at Algonquin Middle School. You will be able to visit Santa Claus, play games, listen to carolers, make crafts, and take home some holiday cheer at Winter Wonderland. Bring your Santa letter from home too, and drop it in Santa's mailbox. Parents don't forget your camera as Santa will be available all evening for pictures. This is a drop-in event; all activities will be on-going. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged for this event, or you may pay $6 per child at the door. Parents are admitted free with a paid child.

Kids are home from school for the holidays, but parents you still need to work and get your chores done!  Send your child(ren) to the Village's Winter Break Camp. Campers will be kept busy all day long with games, sports, movies, arts & crafts, and more. All campers are supervised by professional staff. Each day will have new activities for campers to participate in, so be sure to sign up for each day. If weather permits, campers will go outside for some activities, so be sure to bring your boots, gloves, and hats every day. Campers should bring a sack lunch, 2 snacks, and 2 drinks to camp. Please note, camp does end early on 12/24 & 12/31. Participants can be dropped off and picked up any time during the described camp hours. Campers that are picked up late will be charged $1 for each minute after the described pickup time. If your camper should need to take medication while at camp, please indicate so on your registration form. A minimum of 20 campers must be met for camp sessions to be conducted.

Celebrate holidays from around the world with us this month Each week we will make crafts, play games, sing songs, read stories, and get to know each other as we learn about different holiday traditions around the world. Please come dressed for mess. Participants may need to occasionally bring in used items from around the house for our craft projects (i.e. toilet paper tube, milk jug, etc.). On the last day of class we will have a special Holiday Party. Parents are invited to attend the last 15 minutes of class on the last day for a short performance. Participants must be potty trained; no pull ups.
