The purpose of the annual report is to report on the status of the Village's implementation of the permit requirements, including compliance with the standard of reducing the discharge of pollutants from the community to the maximum extent practicable. As the permittee, the Village must collect and maintain adequate information to demonstrate implementation of the six program areas as per our storm water management program.
